The short version: we collect details only when you submit the contact form or enter the private demo. What you provide and your approximate Cloudflare location go to our private Notion database so we can reply or manage demo access. No advertising, third-party trackers, or raw IP storage.

What we collect

We collect your full name, company email, company, optional job title, and any note you choose to submit. For private-demo access, we record the same identity fields and whether access succeeded, but never the demo password. Cloudflare also provides an approximate country, region, and city. We store those location fields and a one-way IP fingerprint for abuse prevention and access auditing, but not your raw IP address. This site runs no advertising or third-party analytics.

What we do with it

We use these details to reply, discuss security and data handling, arrange a working session, and understand who has accessed the private demo. We do not add you to a newsletter, sell or share your details, or use them to train any model.

How it travels

The form is submitted through our own Cloudflare Pages function and stored in a private Notion database that only the Ronan team and its restricted integration can access. Cloudflare and Notion process the submission for that purpose. We retain the details only while the request or resulting conversation is active.

Your rights

Email hello@getronan.ai at any time to see, correct, or delete what you sent us. Deletion means exactly that.

Changes

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it. If we ever add analytics or anything else that touches your data, this page will say so first.
